Diane Ferlatte brings her considerable acting and musical skills to a program of stories and songs that honor Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. on MLK Day, Monday, January 18. Ms. Ferlatte is well respected for preserving folk history, culture, and values through the oral tradition. Her performance will be enriched by the accompaniment of musician Erik Pearson.

We’re all about healthy eating, but in challenging times, we all deserve to treat ourselves. And we’re always looking for a reason to celebrate and come together over food. Join us for Freaky Friday and get silly with us! We’re excited to host a special online cooking class with our friends at New York-based The Creative Kitchen on Friday, November 13 at 4 p.m.
Chef, educator and cookbook author Cricket Azima will be showing you how to make two types of homemade sushi: Fruit and Vegetable Sushi and Candy Sushi. We love bonding by making tasty and kid-friendly treats for a family meal!
