Group Visit Information
Group reservations are available Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
School Hours: 9:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. September 4, 2024 – June 6, 2025
Summer Hours: 9:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. June 11, 2025 – August 29, 2025
Group reservations are not available on the following dates:
- November 27 – 29, 2024
- December 25 – 27, 2024
- January 1 -3, 2025
- February 19 – 21, 2025
- April 9 – 11, 2025
- June 19, 2025
- July 4, 2025
Your group may arrive anytime during our operating hours. All visits (general admission or groups) end when the Museum closes.
Requirements
- Reservations are required – a minimum of five (5) weeks advance notice is required to qualify for our Group Admission Rate.
- Minimum group size: 10 children + adult chaperones
- Maximum group size: 150 (includes children + adult chaperones)
- Must be affiliated with a school (public, charter, state, private or home), preschool, school district, County Office of Education, child-care facility, camp program, or a non-profit children’s organization.
Pricing
- Group admission rate September 4, 2024 – June 6, 2025: $12.00 per person (child or adult)
- Group admission rate June 11, 2025 – August 29, 2025: $14.00 per person (child or adult)
- Free Adult Chaperone Policy: Receive one (1) Group Adult-Chaperone ticket for every five (5) paid child admissions.
- A Deposit of $120.00 must be paid within 5 working days after receiving your invoice to maintain your reservation ($140.00 for summer hours).
Entry into The Wonder Cabinet is not included in your group’s field trip.
